There is no fixed lead time. For summer dates, sharing your request as early as possible makes planning easier; availability depends on date and scope.
How is the menu decided?
Date, guest count, the reason for gathering, tastes, allergies and the season are discussed, and the menu is written within that frame.
Are service and table setting also planned?
Where needed, service, equipment, tableware and table setting are planned as part of the project. The scope is defined for each dinner.
